Booking Conditions – Mount View Hotel and Spa

  • Children can be accommodated at the hotel and suites are best if an extra bed is needed.
  • Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay at our hotel. The only exception is when that pet is a service animal.  An emotional pet companion does not qualify as a professional service animal. If a guest is discovered to have a pet in the room, we will charge $250 for cleaning.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the guest rooms or cottages.
  • Cancellation: $25 cancellation fee when more than 7 days’ notice is given. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit of the first night’s stay and tax. in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged
  • Prepayment-Deposit: You’ll be charged a prepayment of the first night room and tax and any hotel guest packages to secure a reservation.
  • Taxes and service charges: 15.195 % Tax is not included in the quoted rates on the website and will be in addition to the room rates.

  • How to cancel
    – By phone: call us 707-942-6877 and make sure you obtain a cancellation number we can also e-mail you a cancellation confirmation letter by providing us with your e-mail address.
    – By e-mail: drop us a note at relax@mountviewhotel.com and please request we e-mail you a copy of the cancellation confirmation letter.
